Return and Exchange Policy
At Double W Fragrances, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. If you’re not completely happy with your fragrance, please see our return and exchange options below.
Return Policy
If you’d like to return your fragrance, please note the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
- The fragrance must be in its original packaging, with no more than 5% of the product used.
- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.
To start a return, please contact us at support@wwfragrances.com. Once approved, we’ll provide further instructions.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your fragrance for a different scent, please follow these conditions:
- Exchanges are allowed if you’d like to try another fragrance from our collection.
- The fragrance must be in its original packaging, with no more than 5% of the product used.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back.
