At Double W Fragrances, we are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours.

  • Maximum Processing Time: In rare cases, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Time Estimates

  • Delivery time after processing is estimated to be within 3–12 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Costs and Options

Shipping fees and available options will be displayed at checkout, based on your location and order total.

Ownership and Responsibility

  • Ownership of packages is transferred to the courier and then to the buyer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, carrier errors, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS (or other carriers) along with your order from us; any shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

Insurance

Packages are NOT insured by default. If you would like to purchase insurance, please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service at checkout. Once the package is handed over to USPS, it becomes their responsibility.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, which means there is a limited window to request cancellations or address changes.

  • If you wish to cancel or change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@wwfragrances.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed.

Returns

As a customer of Double W Fragrances, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Return Policy for specific details on how to return your package.
